Córdoba, hovedstaden i den argentinske provins af samme navn, er den by der har næstflest indbyggere i landet. Den ligger ned til floden Suquìa, i den midt-østlige del af provinsen.
Còrdoba er et meget vigtigt kulturmæssigt centrum i landet, med et universitet og et stort udvalg af museer, hvor vi blandt andre kan nævne Museo Superior de Bellas Artes(museum for smukke kunstarter) Eva Duarte de Perón. Byens historiske arv udgøres af monumenter fra den spanske kolonitid og templer fra den katolske kirke. I centrum af Còrdoba findes seværdigheder som det historiske centrum med mange bygninger fra kolonitiden som ligger omkring Pladsen Plaza Central San Martin og hvor Manzana Jesuitica ligger. Dette vigtige monument er et område med bygninger fra det XVII århundrede og blev bygget af jesuiterne. I kvarteret Nueva Còrdoba ligger Paso Cultural del Buen Pastor, som er et center for udstillinger, begivenheder, indkøbscenter og rekreativt område.
