Cayo Coco er en paradisagtig region der ligger i den centrale del af Cuba.
Den ligger nord for provinsen Ciego De Àvila og sammen med andre øer som går under navnet ” Jardines del Rey”(kongens have). Denne region er i aktiv fremgang, da der hvert år kommer flere turister på besøg for at opleve dens anerkendte skønhed.
