    Nenhuns

    Quarto: ao entrar no quarto havia uma pequena parte do tecto, a qual estava a cair. Muito pouca água no chuveiro, a luz da entrada estava queimada, bem como a do candeeiro ao lado da cama, tendo posteriormente o outro candeeiro, do lado contrário, partido sozinho. Serviço: muito mau, tanto a nível da recepção, bem como no restaurante. Ao pequeno-almoço era o caos no restaurante, pois tinha poucos empregados e demoravam muito tempo a limpar as mesas. Ao jantar encontramos pratos sujos, toalhas sujas (ex. a empregada levantou os pratos e copos e repôs a mesa sem mudar a toalha, foi necessário chamar atenção da senhora…) Comida: pouca variedade, nada temperada, sobremesas sem qualquer gosto e enlatadas.... Piscina: muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel e às 18h00 começavam logo a preparar a área da piscina para o show à noite.

    Great hotel with very friendly staff. Great selection of food available which changes daily. Pool area spotless and plenty of sunloungers available. Rooms where serviced every day. Ideal location as is in a quiet location with no road noise and just 5 mins walk from centre of resort.

    Remodelacao do Hotel imediata. Terem um sistema de controle dos bons clientes, eu por ex: ja fikei mais 200 dias neste hotel nos ultimos 6 anos e nao tinham registo.Deram-me o quarto mais degradado do Hotel e mais barulhento

    Localizaçao

    Varias avarias:Ar Comdicionado, falta água fria, varias rupturas nos canos agua. As alcatifas e cobertores cama cheios po e acaros.

    Mudar imediatamente de Gerência, pois desde do Verao Passado este Hotel perdeu 3 das 4 Estrelas

    terrible loud music morning afternoon and night room was not cleaned for three days the person that checked me into the hotel was very rude and not helpful no hand drying facilities in the male toilets that served the diningroom

    the breakfast is the only thing we liked in this hotel!

    the diner hours: they open at 6 and close at 9! not really spanish hours!!! Then they offer you a cold diner, which includes nothing more than a Tomato y a bread slice.... very Poor for a Barcelo (supposed to be a 4stars hotel!!!!!!!!!)

    The personal is not profesional... the price is not good for value...

    Conoscevo già l'hotel, essendoci stato due anni fa. Mi sono trovato molto bene e l'ambiente è molto gradevole con personale molto disponibile. E' stata una bella vacanza. Grazie

    TRATO DEL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL Y EQUIPO DE ANIMACION. ASI COMO ESPECTACULOS NOCTURNOS.

    HOTEL VIEJO, ES NECESARIO CAMBIAR LA MOQUETA DE LAS HABITACIONES, ESTAN SUCIAS. LAS COMIDAS SE HACEN REPETITIVAS.

    Chambre très agreable avec grand balcon, super cadre - jardins/verdure, bien situé pour magasins/bars/ cafés. Buffet petit dej/diner très varié - excellent

    temps d'attente a l'accueil parfois un peu long. Pas de vrai café ou jus d'orange au petit dej
