    it was very clean and most of the staff were very helpful and courteous

    although we had paid for half-board they decided to close the restaurant on one evening. We chose a hotel with buffet style restaurant due to the fact that I am vegetarian, when the restaurant was closed they told us we could eat in the bar however there was only one thing I could eat and I really didn't want that option so we ordered room service instead. We were still charged halfboard for that night.

    Friendly personel

    There was said to be a restaurant in the hotel. But when we arrived at about seven pm there was no possibility of dining. The temperature in the room was much too high.

    A bit far away from the old city-center. Luckily there was the metro.

    The room is very clean, feel comfortable.

    The bed for two persons is little small, als 4 star hotel

    Ospitalità e cortesia per ogni richiesta, eccellente servizio ascensori, colazione mooolto abbondante e molto varia nelle proposte. Consiglio inoltre di provare il centro massaggi al 14° piano, molto accogliente e rilassante con personale qualificato e gentilissimo.

    I piumini che ho trovato in camera erano sicuramente un po' troppo pesanti, inoltre c'è carenza di spazio e strutture per sistemare i propri abiti... forse l'unica cosa veramente degna di nota.

    Voor weinig geld een goede locatie om Praag te bezoeken.

    Binnen 15 minuten met de metro in hartje Praag, waar je alles kunt bezichtigen.

    Mooi hotel, centrum goed te bereiken met metro!

    - erg warm, verwarming kan wel iets lager - geen spaarlampen aanwezig.

    Buena comunicacion con el centro a traves del metro que se encuenta a 5 minutos andando.

    Cuando nos dieron la habitacion el edredon estaba roto pero decir a favor que en cuanto lo comunicamos a la recepcion lo cambiaron

    Can be recommended !

    Very good hotel but rather far from commodities, especally from métro breafast and lunch very good return quality/price but..... the resto "mideterranéo always closed, why ????

    Sometimes the reception personnal is not very kind with the customers, specially the men !!!

    A metro station ???? all the rest is clean ans pleasant !
