Hotel Confortel Almirante

What can i say? One of the best hotels with the best location (short walk from La Rambla) in Barcelona. We got a room on the 8th floor and were a bit unsure of it in the beginning but when we got there, the room was absolutely spotless..the balcony was a nice size and the view overlooking the city was spectacular (especially at night). There was no loud noises or disturbance from the other rooms or corridors and the staff were very helpful.

The only draw back and only, was that the check in time is a little late (2pm). However, staff were willing to take our luggage and store it while they got the room ready. Not a major problem though as there is plenty shops, bars and places to see. All in all we would give it 5/5. Will definitely stay here again.

We had room 103 which was too small and with no natural light ie window. The room felt like a prison cell particularly on the first night

When we arrived we were told to come back at 2pm which was fine. On returning to the hotel we were told our room was not ready and to come back in another hour as the people had not checked out (bearing in mind they should have checked out at 12). The Receptionist behind the desk, Orlando, was extremely rude to us, suggesting it was our fault!!!!! His superior returned to the desk and magically found us a room.

Nice touch with the free wifi and minibar!

os quartos eram muito bem limpos todos dias

A primeira noite ficamos no segundo piso , o quarto era muito pequeno, sem ar e janela para uma passagem interior, portanto sem luz natural, depois passaram nos para uma quarto melhor. a comida ao pequeno almoço, nunca havia fruta e a que existia era fruta de conserva de lata, quando espanha tem fruta fresca nuito boa.O pessoal da recepção não era muito simpatico

Stanza ampia e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti i confort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccezionale!

l'area fitness non è molto fornita. Complessivamente però è un ottimo hotel

Recorrer el barrio gótico, Palau de la música, Plaza de Cataluña y alrededores

Revisar pequeños detalles en baño (tirador de cisterna, tapón lavabo no cierra bien. Hab.710). Para su consuelo, diré que es frecuente en todos los hoteles, el mantenimiento deficiente de la zona de baño (juntas de baldosas abiertas, siliconas de sellado bastas, válvulas de lavabo averiadas, topes de puerta rotos, etc.).

Muy bien ubicado en zona céntrica. Atención amable y discreta.
