    Excellent price/value ratio

    Just a little too far from the airport--shuttle provision would be good. Marriott do this at other locations

    Our stay was a short one but the location to Gatwick Airport South Terminal was excellant. We walked to the airport in the morning directly from the hotel with easy signs to guide us right to the departure area. The beds and pillows were a dreamy welcome. We didn't hear one airplane at night which I thought was going to be the case staying near the airport. We ordered room service, the food was so good and tasty with great quick service. I charged my blackberry in the Chargebox provided for a min. fee I loved that I could do that safely, what a great service.

    When booking I requested 2 rooms. When I got there, only one had been booked through the system. :Luckily they had a spare room but was embarrassing. I've had that before with Hotelopia at Marlin apartments where I got there and there wasn't a room and I had to be moved to another apartment at midnight.

    Would stay hear again

    Quality of food not very good had the buffet stated salmon on menue and a white fish was the only fish available.

    The cost of the shuttle to Gatwick Airport is outrageous!!!
