Euroagentur hotel Downtown

We are not happy with Wizz airs wrong information. On of the main things we wanted to do in Prag, was living in a luxary hotel with a nice spa.

All in all a great 4 star hotel. Good breakfast.

They gave oss the best room they had, because of the wrong information Wizz air had provided!!!! On Wizz air home pages it says that this was a 5 star luxary hotel. This is not true!! We was disepointed, when we arrived!! This was not what we booked!!!

Hotel was very central to all of the attractions, also near to the metro.

My Wife and I loved this hotel, the location was perfect. Only 5 mns walk to Wencelas Square and 10 mins walk to the old town. The room was very big and very clean. We felt very comfortable and would stay in the room again. The staff were very helpful and polite and tried to help us out whenever we needed help. They always asked us about our evening out and helped us to book any tour we wanted.

Air conditioning didn't work. In the hotel description there is a bar, there is not a bar in the hotel. Breakfast ok, not what I would expect for a 4* hotel, choice limited, eggs raw, items not replaced eg, bread basket empty etc Rooms on the small side No tea / coffee making facilities in the room
