Very nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. If we return to Barcelona in the future for another holiday we would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

please be aware of pick-pockets the young girls seem to hunt in packs to distract you.

One member of staff very friendly and helpful. Very handy for La Rambla being right on it.Very clean.

Problem with electrics, the power kept going off.Could be quite noisey especially the lift. Walls between rooms very thin, we were accused of being noisey just by talking to each other late at night by the residents next door,. and the night porter listening at the door.

We checked out of are room at noon however due to the fact that we had a late flight we asked if we could leave are luggage with the reception staff,so after checking are passports,flight paperwork and wallet with £50 in we left are luggage with the reception staff. After picking up are luggage,and catchinging are flight home we got to london to get a taxi to are home only to find that £50 that was put aside for the taxi was gone, so we were stranded at gatwick airport with no money and no way of getting home. I will not bore you with what happenned next, only to say that this whole experance complelty spoiled the break away, when you ask someone to look after your luggage you might expect it to be left in a secure place where wandering hands can not get access to it............

The room that we had was lovely as our balcony overlooked the main street, just as we requested. The noise was nearly completely drowned out by strong double glazed windows so it was perfect. Very clean too, really enjoyed the stay.

Muy bien ubicado

The bathroom was very clean and nice marble. The windows blocked out all the noise from the busy streets. Room was clean.

One of the hotel staffs felt my hand one of the days- it was quite disturbing. Also, the hotel staff is trying to push you to buy tickets to flamenco shows or travel bus tour through them- can be a bit pushy. Also the covers were too thin and kept slipping off. One of the hotel staff also had to suddenly come in and check on the mini bar which I didnt even have a key to- or at least I didnt know where it was.

Its in an exciting spot if you like shopping.
