    Our stay at the Grand Yazici Mares was truly a first class experience. The setting is strikingly beautiful, and the hotel facilities are great. The rooms are large and attractively furnished. The food is excellent, and it's impossible to come away from one's stay without having put on additional weight. One gets the impression of being in one's own private paradise, but the city of Marmaris is within walking distance or accessible by local bus.

    The maids did not do a good job straightening up the room each day. Bed covers were once left in an untidy pile next to the dresser, and towels not replaced.

    surrounding very nice

    we were on the 4th floor. 2nd and 3rd floors looked much better. Needs a refurbishment in some parts.
