    location in the south terminal - just what we needed

    There was a problem with my booking having not been received by the hotel. The staff dealt with it very well and professionally. The hotel was fully booked on my first night so I ended up with a rather poor room but was transferred the next morning to a much better room for the rest of my stay.

    Very convenient at Gatwick as you can walk within the terminal building

    Felt old and the room and bathroom needed updating, also noisy

    Reception and Quick check out was good.

    Disappointing room, needed refurbishment on our return. We has an excellent room on our previous visit with all facilities and were extremely disappointed to be given an inferior room which cost much more on our return visit. I will certainly consider finding alternative accommodation in future and will inform my friends and collegues of the standard of rooms.
