    Our room was really small and had very little space for clothes etc, but it was clean, nicely decorated, and had a good bathroom. The main selling point of this hotel is its location - at the top of the Ramblas - so it is close to both the tourist areas, and the gay part of town, which is called Eixample. Despite reports to the contrary, THERE IS NO KETTLE in the room, and the water from the cafetier (if provided) tastes terrible, so take your own kettle! The bar across the road (D'or) is convenient and reasonable, and the Chinese restaurant next door or so is good value. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, because it met all the necessary criteria. Note from July 2008 it will be completely non-smoking, like much of Spain. What is the world coming to??!! Enjoy your holiday!

    Muy bien calidad-precio, situación estupenda, céntrico junto a la plaza cataluña, Catedral, Borne, etc.

    la situacion del hotel es buena, las instalaciones son buenas y le trato del personal de recepción es muy bueno. las habitaciones aunque no son muy grandes pero son comodas y limpias. Calidad/precio muy buena.

    Algun recepcionista parecía que estaba ahí por castigo. Creo que se debería cuidar más el trato hacia el cliente desde el punto de vista de la amabilidad.Por lo menos una sonrisa, que no estabamos en un velatorio....
