The hotel is fully air-conditioned and includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception service. Room and laundry services are provided, whilst guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the hotel's own private car park.

The superior and deluxe rooms are located in a Thai-style building featuring architectural influences from the King Rama VI period. Each room has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Each room is equipped with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and a safe.
