    Location was excellent and the canal view from our room was lovely

    The bathroom was quite small and also there was no tv channels in english

    Dam square was very near with all the pubs, restaurants and shops near by

    Fantastic location, just moments away from all the sites and attractions. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Reception area and bar very welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful.

    Check in time a little on the late side.

    Dam square, canal walks, Anne Frank museum, red light district & gay district.

    Great location, quiet room (room 420), spacious, bright, strong shower, nice breakfast, looked after our cases after we checked out, really happy with the hotel and its staff - we'd probably come back to Rembrandt if we came back to Amsterdam. Thanks.

    staff very friendly and english speaking.

    extremely loud noises in corridor next to room all day and night. check in procedure delayed, did not get into room until 2;30 pm. specified smoking room but got non-smoking room. allergic to feather bedding, no alternatives available.

    Price & Location & Exterior

    Slow service at bar - although extremely friendly Requested double room and was given a twin. The double room offered as an alternative was too small and unacceptable

    Excellent location

    Rooms a little small

    Everything is close by if you want it. But the best bit about Amsterdam is that you can go, and do nothing!!

    Very clean, huge room with great bathroom and good heating (important in winter!)

    room was very noisy as it was right by the stairs. also a few people running around and shouting at night.

    Good location. Not a bad size room for Amsterdam.

    Unfortunate, but I had a ground floor room near reception, which meant noise -lots of it. Night bell, telephone, noisy reception staff and cleaners who started work too early.

    Most attractions within walking distance. If you're lazy then trams nearby.
