Good facilities for price. Rooms well equiped and good size. Excellent breakfast with long service time and plenty of child chairs. Choice of fast food restaurants short walk away. Swimming pool available even after check-out time

Rooms can be a long way and difficult to reach from the reception. Queues long at peak check-in and check-out times. Rooms slightly cold in cold weather as central heating system did not work and relied on a/c heating. Other guests smoking in rooms.

Additional restaurant complex short walk. Bulb fields and flower market short drive. Shuttle to airport and main train station to either the Hague, Roterdam or Amsterdam. Short drive to the beach at Zandvoort.

Very impressive hotel. Excellant staff. Hotel transport to the airport [ 10 mins ] was regular and efficient. Rooms were very good with a nice balcony.

An amazing motorway restaurant complex short walk away. Otherwise courtesy bus to airport, then short train journey to the city centre. A lot cheaper than staying in the city.

The food and roomservice was great

The receptionist guy in the orning was very rude to me and the elevator didn`t work and nobodu helped me to take my suitcases.

on the whole a pleasant stay. the bathroom door in the bedroom would not close and the food in the restaurant was tasteless. my young daughter had a burger but the meat was raw with blood dripping onto the bap and the plate. this was distressing for her and concerning as this is a health hazard. the waitress took it back and it was cooked more thoroughly but the excuse that there was a wedding taking place andthe chef is on his own really isn't acceptable. we still had to pay for her meal despite this.

We loved our stay. The only downside was the pool. I am a teacher and I was horrified to see unsupervised children swimming. They were behaving in a very rowdy fashion. It completely put my daughter off swimming - a real shame as I particularly chose your hotel for the pool. I am very very surprised that you are allowed to run a pool with no lifeguard - what would happen if that child drowned?

Excellent hotel. Only slight point that service was a little slow in the restaurant - but it was very busy. Also my idea of a "well done" steak is no sign of pink at all! I enjoyed my stay very much - Thankyou
