Hotel The Dolphin - London

Det ligger meget centralt og på en hyggelig alé og ikke megen trafik.

Ingen elevator og boede højt oppe. Der var ingen plads i morgenmadsrestaurangen skulle vente på at få en plads og ikke særlig hyggelig. Værelset var megen lille nok kun til en person.

All in all it was worth the money, and we would come again

We stayed in room 11, an to have a balkony like that on a low-price hotel i fantastic

We came to breakfast every day just before or around 8.00 and whatever bread rolls or croisants other people where eating where already out...I´m sorry but that was a bit disappointing.

No heating in the room

The stench off breakfast was awfull both days!!!!! Horried toast and "butter", the cheapest marmelade ever etc. The coffee was ok - thank God.

Boas condiçoes, boa localização. Está sempre bem aquecido e para tomar banho muito bom.

O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais coisas para escolher, ou faltava queijo e fiambre. E é pena o barulho do underground

Visitar kingston gardens e hide park, boa localizaçao de restaurantes.

sent you an email which you seem to have ignored. first I had an argument with the reception guy when we booked in as according to his records we were booked for continental breakfast when infact we had booked for full english.. he went off somewhere and then came back and said we were right. he did apologise but when we went to our room we were really disappointed. we did not stay at the hotel. the floor in the room was filthy and the paint was coming off the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. when we spoke to the guy in reception said that was standard. Well it wasn't our. There is no excuse for dirty carpets. all you need to do is get a carpet cleaner!¬!! So NO WE WERE NOT HAPPY! I have requested money back...... waiting to here from you!

Staff need training in dealing with customer's needs, no shampoo provided in rooms

È um hotel engraçado, familiar, fresco, aproveitem e vão até lá

Fica perto de tudo, temos o Hyde Park os transportes públicos sáo muito bons e ficam mesmo ao pé do hotel para nos levar a todos os sítios

Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel was extremely convenient for all transport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and obliging and any request was quickly answered. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Norfolk Square was quiet and lovely.

The only negative was the en suite facility which though adequate was rather small and had no plug in the cracked wash basin.

We actually spent most of our time gadding about on the buses from the nearby stops.
