The breakfast was very acceptable.It is very handy for the suburban railway station.You are undercover from the station to the hotel, via the shopping centre

It was a disgrace! Arriving at 1805, we found the reception closed. On attempting to use the automatic registration in the foyer, our reservation number was not accepted. On attempting to use our credit card, to gain access for the first night and claim a refund from reception the next day, our credit card was not accepted. While doing this, an American arrived and advised us to go elsewhere, as this hotel was a "bad joke". We finally gained admission by using only the last five digits of the booking reference. Our room had a slightly cracked washbasin, but, more importantly, the three windows had only two roller blinds, so we were awoken by the sunshine streaming in at 0530. On speaking to reception in the morning, surprise was expressed but nothing more!! In desperation, we asked for two bin bags which we tied together and to the roller blind rail, and blocked the bottom third of the window by rolling up, concertina-like, the duvet from the bunk bed. Local youths noisily used the shopping centre carpark below our window as a floodlit football pitch until after midnight (fortunately, it rained on the two middle nights!), and on the last night a yob played rap music at full blast for 15 minutes at 0130, interspersed with handbrake turns. All in all, a most disappointing experience. //c~Nothing except catch the train to Copenhagen centre, 18km away.//

The hotel seemd to be in Copenhagen, but was actually 30 km from the city centre of Copenhagen.

La situación es excelente, pues al estar al lado de la estación te permite realizar excuriosnes con facilidad y desplazarte a la estación central de Copenague, pues hay trenes constantemente.

La limpieza es mala, o no camcina las toallas, no limpian las habitaciones. Dejaun poco que desear. Se debe mejorar. .

Mejorar la calidad de limpieza. Acceder al hotel desde el exterior. Es una zona un poco peligrosa por la noche por el tipo de gente que se acumula en estos sitios por la noche

Mijn bed was niet verschoond. Echt heel erg vies, er lagen allemaal haren in en het onderlaken was duidelijk bezweet. Daarnaast was de badkamervloer ook niet helemaal schoon, vooral rond het toilet.

Hotel ligt boven winkelcentrum, in de ochtend hoor je wel wat van de vrachtwagens ondanks de 8de verdieping. Ontbijt is ongeveer 8 euro maar stelt niks voor en bestaat uit 2 soorten broodjes, beleg (geen kaas), wat cruesli, yoghurt, koffie en sinasappelsap. Het is echt een budget hotel, wel schoon maar de badkamer heeft toch wel een opknapbeurt nodig (kapotte wandtegels). De kamer bestaat verder alleen uit een bed en een tv, geen kasten. De locatie is ongeveer 25 km uit het centrum, maar het treinstation (20-30 minuten) ligt aan het hotel vast. Een enkeltje kost 50 dkk (5 zones), maar controleer eerst of een strippenkaart niet goedkoper is (voor 2 personen is een strippenkaart van 10*2 maar 125dkk, per reis stempel je 5 strippen af (=5 zones per persoon))
