    Convenient location. Very helpful reception staff. We requested a quieter room by email and hotel arranged this for us. Apartment larger than expected. All staff friendly. A good budget option.

    Hard beds. Hot water not always available. Paint peeling from surface of the bath. Bit noisy from main road Bar closed in late afternoon/ early evening (possibly because of the time of year?). But overall a OK hotel for the money paid.

    Hotel fullfil my expectations, I was been absolutely satisfited with room, facilities and chambermaid. The location of the hotel was perfect suited for my needs.

    Room service was every other day on average. The problem for me as a single person was that just about all other guests were German.The hotel was acceptable for a two star rating.The location was right on the edge of Playa Del Ingles so was not so convenient for the best beaches
