Cali (Santiago de Cali) er en moderne colombiansk by, det er hovedstaden i området Valle del Cauca og er en af de mest befolkede byer i landet.
Byens arkitektur kendetegnes ved en kombination af forskellige stilarter, som området San Francisco som et tilbage fra det XVII århundrede har at byde på, regeringspaladset og en af de smukkeste bygninger i byen: Otero bygningen som kombinerer barok og den landlige stil.
