  El baño era excesivamente pequeño, la mampara de la ducha no se cerraba bien y convertía el baño en una piscina y el último día no nos dejaron toallas de baño.

  La ubicación era muy buena. La habitación era bastante amplia, cabía una cuna sin problema. El desayuno estaba bastante bien y bastante variado.

  Ubicación y tranquilidad calle. A 5 min. (más o menos) andando de la Estación Central de ferrocarril (con buena, ràpida y corta conexión con el aeropuerto) o de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Recepción y Zona de estar en planta baja, muy acogedora. Buena atención por parte de las empleadas de Recepción. El desayuno, en "buffet libre" también estaba apetecible.

  Quizá, no porque estuviese mal, la habitación elegida (doble moderate): nos pareció un poco pequeña y justa, igual que el cuarto de aseo.

  Location is good, as is the buffet breakfast and the staff is helpful.

  Room had some new furnishings but was overall old, stained and dirty in places. Would choose somewhere different next time.

  Konstig lukt på toaletten. Fullt med vatten på golv efter dusch, dålig konstruktion för anslutning glasdörr mot golv

  Very slow service. Only one person will check people in while you can see the others doing stocktake or other duties. I would have thought they could have had a couple of people checking us in when there is more then 4 people waiting. They also lost my reservation and took over half an hour to try and work out what to do.

  Rooms are tiny, bathroom even more, staff aren't very helpful and the hygiene of the rooms isn't very good, there are better hotels to stay

  It's in a good location for the station and for the city bus tours

  The fabric of the building is sound and it looks good from the outside but almost everything inside is just ordinary. Small rooms; very little wardrobe space because of fixed hangers and an ironing board in there (though having an ironing board and iron is at least a positive); no in-room safe; erratic Wifi; PCs in the reception area not working; no real bar; no tea/coffee making facilities in the room; gloomy restaurant; unexciting breakfasts despite there being a big choice; reception staff who need better training. All of this could be fixed with a little guidance....
