  Very unfriendly reception staff. None of the people working has given a happy impression there and was ever smiling. Very inflexible, yet harsh on a later check-out time. Extremely small room. Low water pressure - the shower was almost not working Not a place to stay ever again.

  Dining room was pleasant. Room was very clean and staff were pleasant.

  Room was changed on arrival. Receptionist said it was an upgrade. It was down the road in an apartment. The apartment was clean but my son ended up on a sofa. Ok! We should have said we weren't happy but hey we were on holiday and took it! I do think the problem happened with the booking. I was travelling with my 2 children and maybe the hotel didn't cater for 3 in a hotel room. This should have been stated at booking process.

  Amazing location! Really ideal for exploring and being next to or near all the restaurants and monuments! The staff were very friendly and the lobby was lovely
